Who am i ?

Hi, my name is Kylan Cutts the owner and founder of One5 Fitness. Sport and fitness have been the backbone of my life for as long as I can remember. From starting martial arts at the age of 3, playing Soccer from 4 to 14, and competing in Touch Football from age 10, my journey has been filled with challenges, triumphs, and life-changing moments.

I’ve met incredible people who continue to inspire me and help me grow, but I’ve also faced my share of people who doubted me and said I’d never make it. Sport became my escape, my outlet and my strength, guiding me through tough times and teaching me resilience. As a young athlete, I understand what it’s like to celebrate making representative teams and to feel the sting of being cut from squads you worked so hard for, even when you believe you deserved it. I know the highs of winning games and the heartbreak of giving it your all and still coming up short.

I started One5 Fitness because I wanted to combine two things I’m deeply passionate about: Sports and helping others. Teaching Martial Arts for four years showed me the incredible fulfillment that comes from seeing someone succeed, improve, and grow because of your guidance. I aim to offer that same support to young athletes—not just physically, but mentally too. The level you play at, doesn’t define your mentality or drive; it’s your love for the game and your willingness to push yourself that matters most.

My own fitness journey hasn’t been smooth, but every setback has shaped me. In Touch Football, I’ve had the Honor of representing NQ Cyclones from age 11 to 18, debuting in the premiership league at 16, and earning a spot on the U20s National Touch League squad at 17. As a Touch Football referee, I’ve overcome setbacks of having upgrade papers pulled the day of a carnival, to then go on to officiate at the highest levels, including representing Australia in a State of Origin match. These experiences taught me perseverance, self-belief, and the importance of earning your spot through dedication, hard work and support from my family.

One5 Fitness is named after my playing number, 15— a number that holds deep personal significance. It’s the number I’ve proudly worn at all levels of sport and a tribute to my pop, who has been a pillar of support, especially during testing moments of getting cut from teams and doubt in my own ability. It’s also a tribute to another great man who also holds a special place, my first Touch Football coach. He gave me the confidence and skills to keep going, and I wear the number as a reminder of their unwavering belief in me to succeed.

My mission is to be that same source of support for athletes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, represent your country, or simply become an asset to your team, I’m here to help you get there. Watching my clients succeed is the ultimate reward, and I’ll be with you every step of the way, pushing you to achieve more than you thought possible.

The Mission of One5fitness is to bridge the gap between Northern and Southern Queensland by providing elite, accessible training and development for athletes and individuals, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
