At One5Fitness, we operate with two missions—because one approach doesn’t fit everyone. Athletes and Health focused individuals face different challenges, goals, and starting points, and they deserve training that reflects that. While the outcomes may look different, both missions are built on the same foundation: access, quality coaching, and long-term development. Whether it’s elite performance or life-changing health, the goal is the same—helping people reach their full potential.

The Mission - Health focused

My objective at One5Fitness is to help everyday people reach their greatest potential through exercise, since I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, healthy, and confident in their own bodies.

I've witnessed firsthand the remarkable transformations that result from persistent training—not only in weight loss, but also in energy, happiness, and general quality of life. Too frequently, people resist change because they believe it is too difficult or out of reach. That is why I am dedicated to designing safe, effective, and entertaining programmes for each individual, assisting them in developing long-term habits that alter their health and lifestyle.

Through progressive, science-based training, I hope to enable people to feel stronger, more energised, and more confident, all while improving fitness, mobility, and general well-being.

At One5Fitness, I'm not simply coaching; I'm changing people's lives by helping them discover what their bodies and minds are truly capable of and instilling energy and confidence that lasts beyond the gym.

The Mission - Athlete focused

My mission at One5Fitness is to bridge the gap between Northern and Southern Queensland, because I believe every athlete deserves access to elite training—no matter where they live.

I’ve seen firsthand incredibly talented athletes miss opportunities simply because they couldn’t travel or train like others. Too often, their potential is limited by where they’re from, not their ability. That’s why I’m committed to bringing high-performance, sport-specific training to our community, so athletes of all ages and levels can reach their full potential.

Through safe, progressive, and science-backed programs, I aim to develop athletes who are stronger, faster, more resilient, and ready to perform at their best, while reducing the risk of injury and building the skills needed to excel in their sport.

At One5Fitness, I’m not just coaching—I’m leveling the playing field, giving every athlete the opportunity to showcase their talent and reach the next level, right here at home.
