Each step of the One5Fitness Athletic Development System is adapted and progressed based on the athlete’s age, stage of development, training experience, sport-specific demands, season timing, and individual needs.

While the five-step framework remains consistent, the methods, intensity, volume, and progressions are continually adjusted to suit the athlete and their sport, ensuring training is safe, effective, and directly transferable to performance.
